Atmospheric Event helped in ensuring the lunch voucher was appropriately distributed, in an orderly fashion, without any complaints from the conference attendees. It would not have been easy to make arrangements for accommodation in Ghana, especially because most of the conference attendees were located across and beyond Africa. But with Atmospheric Event support, we successfully provided the needed information for attendees regarding hotel choice, locations, bookings, cost, meals and transportation. Logistics For such a big event, Atmospheric Event did a commendable job in making necessary arrangements for the conference souvenirs, live interpretation, banners, public address systems, ushers and internet.
